What is covered:
TEGAMI cutlery carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. If your knife has a defect from the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: Improper use or storage: Cutting on hard surfaces (glass, stone, marble), prying, twisting, bending, or cutting frozen foods or hard-shelled items Improper care: Dishwasher use, soaking in water, or failure to dry immediately after washing Normal wear and tear: Dulled blades, rust, discoloration, or handle wear Accidental damage: Bent, broken, chipped, or snapped blades from misuse, accidents, loss, or theft Commercial use: Damage from use in a foodservice or professional kitchen setting
