Return Policy for International Customers

At TEGAMI Inc, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

This policy applies to all international customers. To find the rules that apply to you, please check the section for your region.


For Customers in the United States

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused, unworn, with original tags)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at tegamiknives@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. If approved, we will send you a free return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Send your package to:

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — they will not be accepted.


🌍 For Customers in All Other Countries (including EU, UK, Asia, etc.)

Return Window

  • 30 days from the date you receive your item (standard returns).

  • For EU customers only: you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason, as described below.

How to Start a Return

  2. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return without tracking.

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without providing justification.

  • The same condition rules apply (unused, with tags, original packaging).

  • To cancel, contact us at tegamiknives@gmail.com within 14 days.

  • Note on return costs: Under EU law, if we did not inform you in advance that you would be responsible for return shipping costs, you may be entitled to a free return. We will comply with all EU regulations.


🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have (following the return process above).

  2. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not offer direct exchanges.


❌ Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (items purchased on discount)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable — please contact us)

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before making a return.


🔍 Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right — including covering return shipping costs if needed.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at tegamiknives@gmail.com.
